Scope and provider

These notices and terms cover the Fimvory website, contacting me and registering interest in the beta through this website. The provider is Christin Mikolai. Full contact details are available in the legal notice.

They do not govern later use of the Fimvory app. The applicable app terms will be provided separately before participation.

Website and development status

The website introduces Fimvory and its current development status. Previews may show features still in development. Planned features may change. This does not affect specific commitments concerning a service agreed later.

Beta interest

Submitting the beta form requests information and an invitation to the beta. It does not create an app account, grant access or establish a right to a particular start date or beta place. Participation is agreed separately as part of an invitation.

Registering interest is free. As described on the website, the beta is also free. Registering interest does not create a paid subscription. Any later paid offer requires a separate express agreement.

Contact and responsible use

Please use the forms for genuine enquiries and only use an email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful content or spam, bypass safeguards or disrupt the website.

You can withdraw your beta interest at any time by emailing hello@fimvory.com. See the privacy notice for information about how your details are handled.

Content and rights

Texts, illustrations, design and other website content are protected to the extent provided by law. Uses permitted by law remain allowed. Other uses require permission from the respective rights holders.

Sending ideas or feedback does not transfer ownership or grant exclusive usage rights.

Statutory rights and contact

Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
